Honeybrows Booking & Appointment Policies

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please carefully review our policies before booking your appointment.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Clients who are more than 30 minutes late will have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule. Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit. Failure to provide notice will result in deposit forfeiture.

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Previous Work by Another Artist

  • If you’ve had prior permanent makeup done by another artist, you must submit clear photos for approval before booking.

  • Clients with existing brow tattoos from another artist will need to book a new brow set with Honeybrows.

Appointment Guidelines

  • No children or pets allowed in the studio due to safety, sanitation, and to maintain a distraction-free environment.

  • All results vary based on skin type, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, medications, and aftercare.

  • We are not liable for any changes to the brows or lips after the final shape and color are approved during consultation. Please carefully review and confirm before the procedure begins.

  • Pre-care and aftercare instructions will be emailed upon booking. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all guidelines to ensure the best results.

Pricing & Service Disclaimer

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue working with any client at our discretion.

Touch-Ups

  • All services include an initial touch-up following your first procedure.

  • Touch-up appointments must be scheduled separately once the healing process is complete.

Health & Eligibility Restrictions

Clients with any of the following conditions are not eligible for permanent makeup procedures:

  • Pregnancy

  • History of Keloids or Hypertrophic Scarring (Powder Ombré may be an option—consultation required)

  • Accutane use within the past year

  • Active skin conditions near the treatment area (Psoriasis, Eczema, rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

  • Diabetes (Doctor’s clearance required)

  • Undergoing Chemotherapy (Doctor’s clearance required)

  • Viral infections, Epilepsy, or immune system disorders

  • Clients under 18 years old

  • Botox injections within 4 weeks of the appointment

  • Chemical peels within 2 weeks of the appointment

  • Any condition, medication, or treatment that affects healing
